We leave you with a simple BBQ ribs recipe to put your new skill into practice on the grill.
3 pork ribs
4 garlic cloves
2 red onions
200 cc of Orange juice
Zest of 2 oranges
100 g sugar
Salt and pepper
Preparation of the ribs
Clean the ribs, cut off the excess fat and cut each strip into 2 to 3 servings. Place in a bowl.
Place the chopped garlic and onion in a bowl, mix with the zest and juice of an orange, the lemon chopped, sugar, salt and pepper. Place mix on top of the ribs. Marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and glaze with BBQ sauce. Place it on the grill and cook 45 minutes. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve in a fountain of ribs. Serve with baked potatoes, corn on the cob or pieces and brush the ribs with more BBQ sauce.
